It is like new. Not a scratch or mark of any kind. Comes with 2 mags , hard case, sling and a Bushnell scope. Do not know much about the sope. It is a 10x power and can be focused up to 300 yards(paid $225 for it ). It to is like new. Also comes with a harris bi-pode and some ammo.
