Wtb: The Most Hooked Up And Modded Psp!

Hi -

I need the best hooked up and modded psp with as many emulators possible along with as many psp roms possible. If someone already has this stuff and wouldn't mind copying them for me, I'll buy a PSP and a bunch of Memorysticks so he/she can hook it up w/ a bunch of games- and I'll pay for the services.

I need this badly cause I have a brother stuck in Sudan and he doesn't have any entertainment whatsoever. And no electronic stores or anything.
