Progressive Insurance is currently hiring part time positions starting in the month of April. There are classes starting April 23 Sun-Thurs from 2:00-7:00pm and April 24 6:30-11:30pm with Sundays and Wednesdays off. Your starting salary is determined by experience, but is usually around $11-12/hr. There is plenty of promotional opportunity to move up in the company and even if you don't they give excellent yearly raises. Within 2 1/2 years I am making 50% more than my original salary. EDIT: I also wanted to mention this is a pretty laid back environment to work in. You can where shorts and a tee shirt to work everyday if you want. Great benefits as well. Health, Dental, Eyecare, 401k matching, 100% tuition reimbursement for full time after 1 year, about 20 paid vacation days a year (increases with tenure), 6 paid holidays per year. Gainsharing once a year based off of company's performance and your salary. Mine was almost $4k after taxes this year and it was a decent year, but not the best I've seen.
