Basically there is a bunch of salvage cars in the lot. What your job will be is to pull all the good interior, exterior, motor, drivetrain, subframes, etc off the cars so whatever is left on the car is damaged/not usable. Most of them are 240sxs, few hondas, few j30s. You get paid on commission only, depending on whats left on the car, you will be paid $30-$100 per car. If your a fast worker, you have the ability to make $200 a day doing this. There are PLENTY of cars that need to be pulled (15+). You can work part time or full time, but prefer full time until they are done. PM me or call 813-236-4500 for details. located at hillsborough and 275. must have your own tools. looking for 1-2 people.

hey mark you should really tell people what they will get paid cause the prices ur advertising is not what will really happen be honest with people there are no motors left to pull the rest of the cars are parted out almost already just some interiors are left so what will they really make now per car and there is no way someone can make 200 a day if they are a fast worker be realistic here really when i talked to ian about gettin paid he said you didnt have the authorization to give out those kinda prices and he wasnt willing to pay 50 for each motor pulled not tryin to badger or be an ass i just dont think what your sayin here is all true is there work....yes but not what your advertising so anyone lookin to possible take this job ask alot of questions first about how you will be paid and how much you will be paid i was paid 60 bucks a day cash but only was allowed to work 4 days a week worked 8-9 hrs a day in the blazin ass sun u will be dog ass tired when ur done.....lol if it wasnt for tommy with his slick mouth i would still be there it took everything i had not to bust him in his mouth he talks to ppl like they are pieces of crap and i wont deal with that so good luck

when a job requires one of our mechanics to help you dismantel something, then yes you wont get paid as much. Not trying to be an ass, but you worked REALLY slow, took you hours to pull a motor. We have a few motors there that still need to be pulled. $50 is what you do make for pulling a motor when you do it on your own. If you could have worked faster, you could have easily made $100 a day, which is $12.50 an hr.

not according to ian he was only willing to pay 40 bucks he said u had no right giving any price quotes so maybe the big guy should straighten things out in here so you guys will get someone to come work for you guys i loved you guys except for tommys mouth so 100 a day is not feasable considering the person pulling parts has to wait on the cars to be pulled out with the forklift and any up and down movement once the car is up in the air you have to wait on them and the problem right now is that they have no more room for parts so they wanted me to clean and shit so the need really isnt there for a parts puller till they sell some of the parts i pulled already

LET ME SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!!!!I just started working for ian a couple of weeks ago and when he told me how much each job paid i knew i had to work fast and thats what i DO!!.it is very possible to earn that kinda of money working for him.i have earned hover 100.00 in four to five hours with work still left over w/out any bodies help.tommy only tells you what he needs done and you do it and if your cool w/him he's cool with you.even when i finish my work they found stuff for me to do so let there be no crying or whining about not making any money.IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK DON'T BOTHER.

Have NP with you posting in this thread. I was getting tired of Gary jumping into our threads telling people that the position's been filed and what not when it was all untrue. Gary may have worked for me for one to two month. I pay what we offered here on TR.

The simple fact is that he started pulling swaps such as GSR swaps and so fourth, but didn't really know what he was doing. He was given a 96 GSR swap and 91 B18A1 swap to pull and the job was done very poorly. Things that he didn't know how to take apart, instead of asking, he would damaged it. Both axles on the swaps were removed by ripping the boots and forcing it off of the tranny.

Instead of letting him go, after listening to his stories of his past and current situation, I paid him on a daily basis to pickup around the shop. He then did the same thing as he did to you, called out every other day, then just started his 'NO SHOWS'.

He's not a very 'stable' person to have working for anyone. I completely agree that he needs to take much more responsibility in his life.
