need help finding techno song...

ok so this is driving me crazy. its an old school break-beat that was a popular song back in the raving days. i've been trying to find it for months and can't. in the beginning of the song, it sounds like a thunderstorm with a piano playing. then the lyrics go:

-verse-
"staring out a lonely window
desperate as you walk away
judging by the tears on your pillow
theres something that i've got to say"

-chorus-
"i want you
i need you
i want you
only if you want me to"

thats all i can remember. if somebody can tell me the dj, or the artist, and the name of the song that would be great.

Great song. The first Infiniti mix is clearly the most bad ass in my opinion. I love the part where the vocals are run backwards for a 32.
