Pit bull looking for good home...

He's a Great family dog...good with other pets..Im goin into the Air Force so i wont be able to keep him...so im looking for someone who will take care of him and i want him to be able to roam around..maybe have a backyard or walk him a lot...PLEASE HELP...i ship out in about a month...also have a chow if interested..but mainly want get a home for my pit...he doesnt have papers, but has all of his shots, and is very healthy...right now i feed him purina dog food..house trained..very playful, great with children..

Best of luck, that is a good looking dog. I would love to take him, but my apartment wouldn't be fair for anything larger than a small dog.

If you can't find anyone to take him. Bring him to The Humane Society of Tampa Bay. I work at The Humane Society of Pinellas and we all are a no kill shelter. :grin: :thumbup:

Ya i sure do, and i have a friend that is a vet that checked him out and said he's healthy. Believe me when you see him you'll know..haha..he's hyper. but if you walk him he calms down.

Eric, I hope you find a great home for him. Have you contacted any rescue groups? They'll put him in a foster home and find the perfect person for him.

E-mail me. I may know someone who can foster him and rehome him. There's no shortage of Pit Bulls around here, so it's rather hard to find a good home for an adult. =(
