This Help Desk position is in a small department, only 15-20 people right now. I've been there since Nov and had a good experience so far.
Building is Off of Eisenhower and Memorial Hwy. (Tampa)

This is an Entry Level Help Desk position in a Call Center environment. The Help Desk Support Technician I is responsible for answering incoming calls from internal and external customers in need of assistance. The Help Desk Support Technician I's primary responsibility is to assist customers with password and login issues associated with various Concentra proprietary applications. The Help Desk Support Technician I is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to our customers.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' Assist internal and external customers with accessing Concentra proprietary applications.
' Enter all calls received into the Concentra Solutions ticketing system.
' Answer customer calls in a timely manner and in line with Solution Center guidelines
' Update tickets according to Solution Center guidelines.
' Strictly adhere to all documented procedures to ensure a timely resolution and the highest level of customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
' 0 to 2 years of Call Center experience with a strong focus on quality Customer Service.
' Ability to type over 30 words per minute.
' Candidates must have excellent communication and listening skills, a professional telephone presence and strong computer skills.
' Patience and experience in working with non-technical users.
' Excellent written documentation skills.
' Strong oral and written communication skills essential.
' Outstanding Customer Service oriented attitude.
' Resourcefulness is a must.

Pay is anywhere from 10-12/hr - depending on who you know, and how hot of a chick you are. :lol: Hours can be from 7am-10p depends again on how much people like you and who you know. Must have a keen view of pollitics and be willing to suck up as much as possible do not show active thought process and only do what you're told. Do not deviate from the standard path or you will be written up. Welcome to the Nazi party. :lol:

Not too sure about the lvl 1 tech.... but I know they are in the UR/TCM department.
