We are having another Florida Statewide Meet on July 22, 2006 in Tampa, FL.
Correction: We are having a Quasi-Nationwide Meet on July 22, 2006 in Tampa, FL
There will be bbq's, raffles, give-aways, awards and more!!!!!!!
All cars are invited to attend, but there will be parking preference to Mazdas. The location is:
Fort De Soto Park Pavillion 11
3500 Pinellas Bayway,
Tierra Verde, FL 33715-2528

ChefChris has volunteered to oversee what people are bringing to the meet. PM him or myself with what you plan on bringing. If you voted "doesn't matter" then either pm us with what you will bring, or pm us with what money you will donate for food. We will keep a current list, (not a new thread, they get too messy) of who's bringing what, so if you don't know what to bring, contact us and we will tell you what is still needed.
Also, VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!! Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are caught drinking at the meet you will be kicked out by the rest of us. There are plenty of places to drink AFTER the meet. Maybe we'll all hit up Ybor City after. Do not ruin a good time by getting the whole group kicked out of a park. Ask anyone who knows me, I love to drink, it is in my heritage, BUT I love being an [insert-derogatory-name-here] even more. I have no problem giving the boot to individuals chancing a good time for the rest of us.
If you do drugs, fine, I'm not your dad and not gonna tell you what to do, other than DO IT ON YOUR OWN FU#$@# TIME. We will NOT be re-enacting the 1969 Woodstock Festival.

Tentative Schedule for Day of Meet:
Registration: 9:00am - 11:00 am
Food: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Judging: 11:15am - 2:30pm
Awards Presentation: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Raffles and Freebies: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
At registration, a number on a sticker will be given to you, based on your sign up number. This is to be placed on your windshield for judging purposes. For example: On the master list JCell is # 4. When JCell registers, he will be given a sticker with the #4 on it. He is then to place it on his windshield so the judges can keep track of the cars without problem. (Don't worry, they will be small stickers that will come right off)
