I'm just wondering if anyone on here knows anyone who buys foreclosed houses ? I want to buy a house at the end of the year or sooner if the right opportunity comes up . A frind of mine found someone that buys forclosures and had him by the property then she paid him but this is in S.C .`I know you can usually get some good deals and nice houses sometimes , but by the time i find out about something its too late . Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

what list are you using? you can look up the lis pendens on the hillsborough county clerk of courts website. as soon as a lender starts the foreclosure proceedings they file a lis pendens. most of the investors who purchase foreclosures search the recent lis pendens and make offers fast. if you're trying to purchase a property from somebody who bought it out of foreclosure, the seller will simply inflate the price passing along very little if any savings onto you. I'd try to buy one in forclosure than purchasing one from an investor. keep in mind, there are a ton of investors always looking for good deals, therefore when they find one, the property sells fast so if you find one, you'll have to act quick.
