We are a successful and growing locally based Staffing company. We provide temporary and full-time contract and permanent placement employees to manufacturing, service and professional businesses throughout Sarasota and Bradenton. We have an immediate opportunity for an outgoing, independently driven and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Business Development Director. Your primary responsibilities will be to make daily contact by phone and face-to-face with existing and prospective clients to generate openings for our screened and tested temporary applicants within an exclusive territory. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday during business hours, spending approximately 75% of the time out in the territory calling on clients and 25% of the time in the office following-up sales calls and setting appointments. Annual compensation to $60,000, commensurate with relevant experience, including base salary and commission. Eligible for comprehensive benefits after 31 days.
REQUIREMENTS
1 to 3 years outside/inside sales experience, prospecting, cold-calling, qualifying and generating new business by phone and in person helpful. We are willing to train a results driven, goal orientated and money motivated individual coming from outside the staffing industry, willing to learn our proprietary sales and marketing process. Must be willing and able to manage your own time and execute daily activities to achieve goals independently and as a member of our team. Must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.
