I am using Axiom Audio speakers and I love them. You know they have to be good becuase all the woman does is complain how her insides shake from the bass during movies. The "bookshelf" speakers are about the size of a small studio monitor sized speaker, so they have a monitor type look when mounted high in a room. www.axiomaudio.com

pic 1 - theater room in progress.....

72" scren, mourdant-short mains, boston accoustincs surround....
Projector to be installed in the next 2 months.

i won't bother posting the living room, but it's a 62" Mitsu HDTV with Mission towers and dipolar surrounds, and JBL sub

I don't have any surround setup on the 37" LCD in my room....

I have to hear it sometime... my harman kardon setup will make couch shake big time about 15 feet away and vibrate the floor

mine are ran along my base board, i stapled them to it and painted them white, you can't really tell they're there unless you know.

When i build a new house in the future, i'll be set it up so the rear and surround speakers are in the ceiling and out of the way.

I have a mini setup in my room but as far as the speaker wire goes, i just pulled up the edge of the carpet, put it underneath and pushed the carpet back down. My carpet is thick enough you dont see the wire under it.

For rear speakers, I went to radio shack and bought ceiling mount speakers for cheap...then ran the wires through the attic. My system is weak enough that the reasr speakers are never pushed anywhere near their wattage limit, and no-one ever notices the rear speakers until the surround sound comes on.
