We inadvertently busted our neighbor for stealing cable (long story). To "get back" at us, she called animal control to set traps to remove a few of the neighborhood cats that hang around our townhome.
There are four cats in need of a loving family:
Cat 1: approx 1-year old male. Pure white with a grey/black spot on the top of his head. Ice blue eyes. Very loving and affectionate, but would probably need to warm up to strangers. He has spent his entire life outdoors, so he definately needs shots and his gnads cut. Seems to want to be an indoor cat as he tries to get into our house constantly.
Cat 2: sister of Cat 1. Approx 1-year old. Mixed grey cat with orange striping. Another beautiful cat. Female and fairly small for her age. Also needs shots and be fixed. Very shy, but relatively friendly.
Cats 1 & 2 are roaming about in the great wilderness that is Brandon. We can usually coax Cat 1 into our back porch. Cat 2 is a bit shy and would need more "immediate action" for capture.
Cat 3: Pure black cat w/yellow eyes. He showed up on our door step about 6-months ago. He appears to be a fixed male. He is also most likely a former pet as he is very friendly and affectionate...he also allows you to hold him. Age is undetermined, but I doubt he is over 4-years old. Would also need a visit to the vet. He currently resides on our back porch.
Cat 4: 1-2 month old kitten. Sex undetermined. Grey/brown kitten with beautiful striping on head. It is very emmaciated and was abandoned by its mother a couple days ago (same mother as Cats 1 & 2). It is on its 2nd night with us inside the house and doing much better...shy like any other kitten its age, but is a purr machine. Probably hold onto this one another couple months to nurse it up to 100% health. Would also need trip to vet.
PLEASE give these wonderful cats a good home. PLEASE tell anyone you know that may be interested in giving some sweet cats a great home to live. I fear if they hang around any longer, they will get captured by the county and put to sleep. We are currently looking into possible solutions for giving them away to local organizations who will not put them down. As we capture them in our back porch, we may try to get them to a vet for shots/exams.
Please PM if interested.
Thank you. :)
