what part of neon tubing? hwere can it be repaired at and at what cost? how much you looking to get?

On the Bud one the bottom white tube is broke and I think the birds leg is broke on the other one. I havent looked into it myself so I have no idea how much it costs.
They are prolly worth $20 each as they are they go for hundres working.
I just looking for any cash or trade offer.
