i just need to get this out there because so far this has happened twice and its very disrespectful not only to me but to other active members in this forum. if you say you are going to do the spotlight, please do it. i usually dont have time or feel like making up the questions but you know what, i put my own time into making up questions and i get it done bc i say i'm going to. also, say 2 people want to do the spotlight, but i pick the first one that volunteered and i'll do the next person the next time. well, if the person i picked doesnt do it, thats not fair to the other person either. i think the spotlight is a good way to motivate people so i dont want to see it go away. and for those of you that think you not doing it is going to make me mad and run me out of here, youre wrong, i'm not going anywhere. thanks :D

+1 I'd like to see more questions related to the topic at hand, afew misc questions are o.k., but I would rather see more based on ones workout, habits, techniques, goals, etc.

April, I havent been around much but I agree on all points um the spotlight should change the first of the month NOT 2 weeks into the month so if someone really wants to be the spotlight the last week of the prior month they should have their shit into you............I might submit in the fall :-)

i did contact you as directly as i could keenan so dont give me that crap. i dont have your cell phone # or anything but i've sent you multiple pms, which is all i can do. i even sent you one just asking the status, to let me know where you're at. its not like i sent you one that said send it when youre ready, i send you a pm asking you where you were at so i would have some sort of idea. i got no response.
and as far as the questions. what are you a fucking robot? this is supposed to be fun. and as i stated when i sent you the questions, if you dont like the question you can skip it and you can add your own questions. not only that, but if someone wants to know something that wasnt asked, they can ask.

i already explained why the questions are the way they are and also that you could add or remove any you feel necessary.
just forget about it, by the time you get your crap together the month will be half way over anyways, id rather just look at keith for an extra month anyways, so dont even worry about it at this point.
