Three bedroom, two bath. Masterbed room is mine, so one of the smaller room is up for rent.

Water is included, but everything else is 50/50 (Fios internet/cable, Electric, LawnCare, etc..), looking for $400 a month and utilities.

Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, 15" LCD TV (i can provide a 30inch upon request) and a small entertainment center

Large common area, 75" Projector TV, surround sound, 5 disc dvd changer. bowflex, no back yard neighbors(conservation) 1600srq/ft total living space

Washer and Dryer, Dish washer, microwave, yadee yada

2nd bedroom is a office, with a full computer. Wireless internet is throughout the house.

House is located in Meadow Point in Wesley Chapel, walking distance to supertarget, 3 traffic lights from walmart, 10 minutes from the highway, publix is down the road. community pool, basket ball court, etc... 6 month lease please.

House Rules:
Mild drinking is okay
no drugs please
no smoking please
no parties, small gatherings of 5-10 are acceptable (the dc crew comes over pretty regularly, 4 player halo on the tv does happen)
no late nighters
my fiance comes once every few weeks and does her things and cooks, i also cook once in a while (i make a mean roast beef so i heard :) )

scifi/anime/video game fan is a plus

just a thought... 500 + utilities is quite a bit, imho. first thing i noticed.

for furnished? with a tv in the room and entertainment center? in new tampa/wesley chapel?

when i went to get a one bed room apartment, it was 890 at one of the local apartments...

eh, just a thought. im sure theres people that its a great deal for... i just dont know any of them... and 890 is REALLY pushing it. my 1200sq 2/2 was 749/mo.

500 furnished is fair, especially with the amenities you are offering. Locally, rooms in my neck of the woods are going for 400 unfurnished (but with utilities).

When me and Kirk were thinking about renting a room in our house we weren't going to take anything less than $500 either.

I need this filled as if not soon, i may have to give up the house :(

i'll have pics of the common area up tomorrow...

the 890 was in the cross creek area, after a 6 month lease discount too, about 900 srq/ft

I just moved to the Cross Creek area. I'm renting a room at $700/mo, unfurnished, with everything included. FIOS is the shit! You get FuelTV!!!

Very safe neighborhoods with regular patrols. Worth every penny. Bank of America, Publix, Mcdonalds, Blockbuster, gas stations, Benigans, Chilis, BADASS Sushi joints, and Walmart all within 5 minutes from the house. USF less than 15 minutes with normal Tampa Traffic. Ybor 20 minutes. Brandon Mall 10min.

You might want to list on craigslist...People there are willing to pay more to be in nice areas.

To be where we are going is water included, newly remodeled, gated, and all appliances..$675 for 900sq..

New Tampa is pricy but a beautiful area!!

yes, one reason i moved to this area, the fact that everything is so close and highway is pretty easily accessable
