Been working in the mortgage industry for the last 5 years, last 3 have been a licensed Mortgage Broker, have previous sales expierence, 2 Spanish Classes short of a Bachlors in Economics with Minor in Finance. Love crunching numbers and analyzing data, love real estate, finance, fishing, the outdoors, working with my hands, helping people, but I'm tired of the hours and stress as a Mortgage Broker. Well rounded person knowledgeable in many different subjects and quick learner. Getting tired of relying on the other 15 people involved in any RE transaction. So what suggestions would yall offer for someone in my position? Money isn't important but a nice incentive.
