View Full Version : Which do you recommend?

Starting to work out again to lose weight. I've already lost about 6-8lbs from not drinking soda, and switching over to water/crystal light. Also starting my modified diet today of Romaine salad and boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Anyways, don't have the time to work out hard core, just walking/biking to start out (don't have weights at home). I'm pretty muscular all the way around, naturally large frame and bone structure, all my extra weight is in my stomach and chest area.


Gonna start taking Fish Oil, vitamins, Flax Seed, and MAYBE CLA. I know cardio is gonna be the biggest thing, but cardio will be a little easier if I can drop about 10-20lbs first. I have about 80 to lose still.




Anyways, I was looking at GNC today, and I'm not sure which of these to get. I don't see much difference between what they have listed. Which one of these do you guys recommend?

The GNC multivitiams are good. As far as flaxseed and fish oil they are basically the same thing (Omega-3 fatty acids). I personally take the Fish Body Oils 1000 2 pills 3 time a day. I can tell a big difference in my joint health considering I train Jiu Jitsu 5 days a week. I still use flaxseed but I just buy the seeds and grind them up. Then I just sprinkle it on my salads and other foods every once in a while. A while ago just using flaxseed I lowered my cholestral levels quit a bit. I've never had the need to use CLA.

Get all three from wal-mart.. you don't need them from GNC. You'll cut the cost in half..
