Need A Roommate ASAP

I'm either looking for a room to rent or 1-2 people to rent a house or apartment. The person I was suppose to room up with fell through at the last minute. I have a small dog that is not aggressive at all. If I rent a house/apt I can afford the $1000 range with one another roommate, up to $1500 with two. Open to locations. Anything in Pinellas and Tampa..

I wish I had options here in Florida. A budlight draft in NY is $8, god forbid me wanting to get the dark imports that I like. A 2 bedroom flat is $2200/mo. But I have supportive family there. And Nebraska. I grew up there and I have a couple of friends I've known most my life that are ready to move.

If you had more time I would offer to rent you space...I am meeting with my realtor tomorrow to look at over 15 properties most are MLS I did not even find on his site ;-) Since we are goin for a 3+ and I only need 2 rooms to live...
