LOST Black Bobtail Cat in Tampa

I lost a male cat in Forest Hills near Chamberlain High. We moved to a townhouse near Busch about 4 weeks ago and he got scared and ran away. His name is Nubby and hes black with no tail. He's kind of skinny and is afraid of some people. If anyone has seen him, please let me know. I just want to make sure he's ok.
