Damn avatar

Some one help a brotha' out! i want the avatar in my profile (The one listed under dislikes with the moving hands). I can get it in but it will not animate like it is supposed to!

Because there is some kind of glitch with the animated gifs being used as avatars. NEC is having the same issue. Check the bugs, updates section. :)
