well if you click on the first button on the left it sends you to ..... http://digg.com/login

If you hover over them, it tells what they do, they send whatever page you are on to sites like digg.com or furl.net

If you dont know what these services are. Hover over the icon, and do a google on the name you see to learn about them. If you know what they are, this will be of convenience to you. I cant explain to you what each service is, as it would take several pages worth of posts. A lot of people do know what digg and del.icio.us are though and this is to help them.
