Projected HOA fee for next year is $315/month starting January. This might seem a bit high at first, but keep in mind that this number already reflects the latest homeowners insurance rate hike, while most of the condominiums around the area are trying to postpone the increase (or to avoid disclosing that its coming) for as long as they can in order to attract as many buyers as they can before the increase. This fee includes water, sewer, trash pickup, all the outside maintenance (pond, lawn, pool, etc) and of course the building insurance. My property tax last year were around $1500. There are no other fees associated with living here. Will snap more pics of the office tomorrow. Thanks everybody for looking!
