new 4/2/2 house, land o lakes, around 2100sq ft

have 1 roommate so far, who actually... either died, is never home, or is on vacation somewhere because I've seen him once to pay rent/deposits and thats it..

it's in a brand new 'hood in land o lakes. Right off 41.. I work in Downtown tampa (75>275>madison) and it takes me about 30 minutes at 930am

the back bedrooms are for rent.. theres 3 of them.. 1bathroom. master/garage is mine..

450/mo + utils

I've got FIOS, and you can run cat5/6 or use wifi, a 55" HDMI widescreen in the living room hd upscaler Dvdplayer, mad phat kitchen..
