When i try and add these two pics to my gallery, it's saying the file type is unknown.
But, both pics are JPEG.

I know that Aharon has posted somewhere either in here, or in bugs and updates, something about file names and extensions but I'm busy at the moment to find it.

You have to change the name of the picture to something more simple. Any name that has . in it is being rejected. Just rename them BBQ or something and they should load for you.
