struggling with changing my profile

for some reason when i try to edit my profile by deleting everything in a section or pasting over anything it wont save it once i hit submit. i havent changed it since the new tf but i have no idea whats wrong. i have tried on different days over and over and nothing. im sick of my profile and want to change it... please help!!!!

trying to take everything off & start over. i tried numerous times to remove one thing at a time or to add something & every time i hit submit its the same old profile again. can someone help?

and somehow throughout the transition i ended up being 2006 years old... i know, i look good for my age ;)
