I just looked and SneakinDeacon and PoliticalMan have animated avatars. Maybe it's the size or something :dunno:

No, it's the right size, it just says "animated avatars not allowed" or something to that effect. Boosted has one too.

It's because when the change over was made, they did not change theirs. Those are the ones they always had. New ones are not permitted.
