You probably could get more. One of my neighbors is renting their house out for $1200 and it isn't anywhere as nice as what you got there.

I'd suggest listing on Rentclicks.com, or forrent.com. Also, i'd use application processing services if you're renting yourself to run background/credit/criminal history checks.
Let me know if you need any numbers. And, the price is good, might be able to go a little higher.

Its already on rentclicks.
Yep, on several sites... I am familiar with renting to people and have a process for screening renters... :)
I have had some lookers, just waiting on someone to give me the deposit and sign the lease... So who here wants a nice house at a cheap price? :dunno:

Correct.
Had several applicants but none have been a good fit for the house... Who's next? :D
Bump for those that need a home... :)

Can you take a boat out on that lake? How much is that house worth?
Can you take a boat out on that lake? How much is that house worth?
Yes. You can boat with non-motorized boats. Such as a canoe or kayak.
The house is easily worth $240K based on the sales within the last 30 days of pre-owned homes in the community.
I actually plan to not rent the house but sell, since I have moved to Orlando and simply don't feel like renting it anymore. My luck has been good with renting it, and I figure now is a good time as any to tap out of the Tampa market since I have to handle my properties in the Orlando area now.
Those of you that are considering a possible purchase... I am gonna off load the house for a deal because again, I just dont want to have to drive to Tampa anymore for it. Thus I am setting the price in a manner that will open it up to even firt time buyers, which this is an awsome home for anyone, honestly.
$229K. Yeah, seriously... I'll do a new post and list it at that price here on TF.
