has anyone read the papers lately? all the new office and condo towers going up in channelside district, and all the areas the city is cleaning up within the next few years...if anything i say it would be smart to BUY NOW before the prices really jack up in a couple of years once all this transformation takes place. im wanting to buy a house in the next year something small for now, but i know theres gonna be problems in the credit area for the financing as my g/f lacks credit history and mine is bad
