If anyone wants to look into places around Hyde Park, let me know. I'll do around $800/mo rent for myself.

i may be in the market for a new roomie but i can't afford $800/mo for my share of the rent, i could do $550 maybe $600/mo if you can find a nice place for that???

I work in Hyde Park and I have a house in Wellswood, 4 miles north of Hyde Park. It takes exactly 12 minutes for me to get to work (Swann & Howard).

On top of that, I have two rooms available for rent!!! Let me know if you are interested!

Central Tampa would be best for me, I can do South Tampa too as thats pretty close to work for me. Brandon is definitely out tho.

Hey if you're looking to move near the area, I got a spare room you can move into in Riverview. Its not too far from the highway and downtown is only 20 min away (taking us 41)

if you are still looking for a place, i know a friend that is trying to get rid of his sublease, its in that big condo building right across the bridge on harbour island. The place has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, looks over the water towards bayshore blvd, private garage, etc. The other guy that lives there dates a bucs cheerleader and is apperently a party animal though. I think he pays 900 but i know he would probably take 800 for it.
