"Clean Eating" Magazine Issue

I just picked up Oxygen Magazine's Collectors Edition Issue on Clean Eating. It has excellent advice on what it means to eat clean, sample grocery lists, portion sizes, and some good recipes. It's great if you want some new ideas or are new to trying to eat healthy. Even though it's a women's magazine, I think men can benefit from it too.

I'll have to pick it up tomorrow when I run to Target - did you get it at some place like Target/Publix or do you subscibe to it? I can't remember if I've seen Oxygen Mag @ Target or not. Either way I am tired of all the horrible foods I have been eating, so maybe this will make me shape up.

I have a subscription to it, but these specials aren't included in the subsciption. I find mine at Publix.
