Just as the title states, my buddy and I are trying to find some nice folks to sublease or rooms until 8/2007. The $460 covers rent and all utilities for each of the two rooms with independent leases. If you were to rent these rooms with the current rates, they would be at around $490/month. The rooms are either C or D which are in a 4br/4private bath apartment which are fully furnished and complete with vaulted ceilings and a screened-in porch with a nature view. I am in room D which is at the very end of the hallway, and also the furthest from the kitchen and living room which makes it the quietest room. It is also quiet, because I don't have to worry about people on the porches as much. Room C belongs to my buddy's and it is a little bit larger than my room D.
