Pics in my profile

So how do I get that sillouette/shadow to go away that is not me, and then add my own picture onto that part of my profile?? And also, how do I put together a small gallery that is easily viewable in my profile as well??

I have some difficulty when it comes to avatars. There is a file size limit.


Hint:Usually I just pm John http://www.tampaforums.com/forums/member.php?u=9595 with the image I want and ask him if he would be so kind as to add it for me :lol:
