yeah, we had an agent but when the contract expired (had listed w/them for 6 months) we decided to try something or at least someone else. tomorrow we're meeting w/and setting up w/another agent. we're willing to pay a fee, even something towards closing cost, we just need this sold so we can part ways and go on w/our lives!

I maybe somewhat intrested. My parents live in south pointe of early run. I bought my town house here in panther trace, I'm ready to move out into a single family home. I'll discuss with my woman to see if she would be intrested in it. We did put down some money on a 234,000$ home thats being built south of big bend by beazer homes. I don't know if that price is going to work for me though... I'll let you know.

scott has gotten a lot of people to look at it, the viewings have actually picked up, just the market sucks. someone was supposed to look at it today that just looked at it a day or so ago so hopefully we'll get an offer soon. *crosses fingers

sold yet? i have friends in South Pointe and its a great neighborhood...not too loud, clean, not too far from the local wally world or publix..good location...better than tampa...i like riverview (lived in boyette springs for 13 years) and although i go to USF every weekday i wouldnt move anywhere near USF...
