Animal Cuts, the professional "cutting" supplement is now available in an ephedra-free formula, Animal Cuts Free. Like Regular Animal Cuts, Animal Cuts Free is a complete and comprehensive cutting product. Listen, regular "diet" products target energy expenditure only. These conventional fat burners, or "thermogenics", work by raising the body's metabolism which increase total energy expenditure. For many this is simply not enough. Many athletes have other pre-exisiting conditions which make it difficult if not impossible, to get "cut":

Insulin resistance Nucleotide deficiencies Neurotransmitter imbalance
Under active thyroids
These biochemical issues can impact your cut by increasing sugar cravings, slowing down your metabolism, and even making it difficult to release stored body fat for burning. As a cutting supplement, only Animal Cuts contains thermogenics, plus the other necessary components required to support maximum fat burning.
Getting competition-ready is not just about the fat. it's also about the water. Those deep etched striations come down to shedding both subcutaneous fat and subcutaneous water. No matter how low your body fat levels fall, excess water beneath the skin can make you look soft and puffy.

Only Animal Cuts contains dedicated ingredients for fat oxidation and diuresis. Best of all, Animal Cuts' formula allows you to strip away the fat and water while helping to preserve lean mass. Other fat burners target overall "weight" loss. You lose both fat and lean mass. With Animal Cuts, Bodybuilders get a complete cutting supplement without losing

Anyone here used them?

Results?

Most of last year I been in the 190s (high 90s)

For the last 4 months,I stopped eating past 6pm,Which really helped.Plus the work im doing in my job now keeps me more active.Im now down to 186 and hoping to get down to 180 in a month or 2 them cutting up then bulking up some.

Just wondering where the animal cuts will fit in.
Right now im just doing free weights. Will start jogging when weather clears.

You don't eat after 6pm???

Not familiar with animal cuts.. but it looks like its a "fat burner" with green tea extract, shitload of BCAAs, and B12 complex.

You don't have to avoid FOOD later at night, some people choose to cut carbs in the evening. I don't eat carbs 3-4ish hours before I sleep. If you're looking for a good shake before bed, go with Casein protein.

I know I dont have to aviod foods after this time. But shit,if I didnt id be eating steak, beans and rice.

So me eating when I get home,is fine with me.If I eat after 6,its NO later than 8.

At my age things tend to slow down

I have a friend who works at a local "GNC" type of distribitor.Ill see what he recommends.

I still want to hear some results from someone taking these animal cuts.

if you are looking to loose weight then i would put more effort into your diet than any product on the shelf. you'll see better results.

Oh. I see.

Since you're a fellow breaks fan, I'll ignore the last sentance. Heh.

Few things:

#1. You need to be eating every 3 hours or so to keep the metabolism fired up. One of the key eating times of the day is breakfast, and before going to bed. Dieting or not, you need to keep that metabolism going - which means feeding it before you sleep. Since you're sleeping, you obviously can't feed yourself for (hopefully) 8+ hours, which almost puts your body into a fast. Hence the term "break - fast" in the morning. To combat this, eat something LOW carb and HIGH protein before going to bed,i.e. cottage cheese (fat free only!), or a casein protein shake. Casein is found in cottage cheese and these shakes, and is a slow digesting protein. It digests much slower and helps to feed you while you sleep.

#2. Diet is key before any type of supplement. I lost 70+lbs, and the only supplement I took was a multivitamin, whey, and green tea. Drop the soda, drop the fast food completely, and make sure you eat every 3 hours. Make it a religion. Get in this habit and don't drop it

#3. If you want to 'tone', then shed the fat, and gain some LBM. Diet is #1.

Better then nothing, just depends I suppose on time of day and your caloric requirements.

I didn't even notice that this has Guggulsterones in it.

I would avoid this supplement all together. Studies have shown that Guggulsterone lowers natural test production.

Also - Animal Cuts is a shitty diuretic anyway..

Heh - Sorry, don't mean to be so negative. I would just hate to see you waste your money.

Google it.. there some great articles on it. T-Nation has a bunch too.

Finish it out - not sure I could recommend that you continue to take it. The other Steve might have more input on it as well.
