how do I upload a pic on my profile where it says vitals? I uploaded some pics in my gallery no problem....help

You do it the exact same way. But to make a pic your profile pic, you need to choose one of the pics from your gallery that you have uploaded. There are options under all your gallery pics and one of those options says default. Click that and it will make it your default profile pic.
