New Tampa Roomate wanted. 2 rooms for the price of 1!

$425 + 1/2 utils. You will have use of the 2nd and 3rd rooms. No 3rd roommate, so there is plenty of room! Past roommates have used the extra room for a computer room. It has a computer desk already in there.

Its a 3/2/2 house built in 2002 in a gated community. Private bath and garage space for random stuff or a bike. I don't think a Car would fit. On Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa.

- FIOS wireless internet
- Samsung DLP HDTV.
- 4 burner Vermont Castings grill.
- Bathroom has private door to the large 11x23 screened in patio.

You will NOT find a better deal!

Meadow Pointe. I have an extra Gate clicker for the front gate and a garage door opener.

There is a Neighbor hood pool and a fitness room that I paid extra for. It is card access.

This is a good deal for the right person. I keep getting told I should be asking $525 + 1/2 ults.

VERY good deal for someone out there... And yes I do believe you should be asking the higher price because I would pay that for those types of amentities easily, the second bedroom alone warrants that. Again, its a very good deal and someone will jump on this in no time at all.
