wow, houses like these at this price make me wish i still lived in florida. you literally cannot afford any kind of house in california. this would go for over 500. nice house!

It's right off 301 (South of S.R. 54). About 25 minutes to Ybor/Downtown and 20 minutes to the USF area. 20 Minutes from Brandon (S.R. 60).

Seller is also offering some closing costs. :)

Whats funny is that little thing would barely bring 100k up north in a kick ass neighborhood.....Housing market down here is outrageous.

Neat little house though.

out here, if people arent selling their houses around 500k, they are losing money. not to mention you can pass food between the wour window and your neighbors if youd like. the houses are THAT close

Okay, I live a mile and a half from 301 and Chancey, and it's a 20 minute drive just to Fowler and I-75. Your post is misleading.

Not that it's a big deal..but be honest. :-)

That's funny. I live directly next to the property and get to ybor in 30 minutes MAX.

26.6 mi (about 35 mins)
1. Head east on E 13th Ave toward N 22nd St
338 ft
2. Take the ramp onto I-4 E
4.6 mi
5 mins
3. Take exit 7 for US-301 toward Zephyrhills
1.1 mi
2 mins
4. Merge onto US-301 N
20.6 mi
27 mins
5. Turn right at C Ave
0.2 mi

Maybe it's just my fast car.

Price is down to $168K with an offer of 5K in closing costs.

I live adjacent to this property and worked in EastTampa for many months. Its a cake drive with a few quick lights all the way into USF area, Ybor, Downtown. Way more accessible and less headaches than anywhere in New Tampa, West Tampa, Wesley Chapel... there is NO traffic out here. I want to shoot myself every time I drive down Bruce B Downs or in Brandon and the houses are more expensive there.

You didn't say 30 minutes to Ybor. =)

My main objection was that you said it was 20 minutes to Brandon. I cannot make it door to door to the Brandon mall in under 30 minutes, usually 35. It's 18 miles just from my house to I-75, and I have a cake drive. I'm on 39, so I never even see 301 until Chancey.

Rich, you're right about the traffic most of the time!! I like to complain about this town, but it really is a nice place to live.

And I don't drive slow. ;-)

I have done it in 18 minutes "don't ask friend was in trouble" but I broke every speed limit on the way at 3 am and My vette was more of a low flying aircraft. but your right brandon is atleast 30 mins with civil driving

I've actually sold that home. But, we are building another one in the same community. Price has dropped to $159,000. :) 4-6 month build time (which I know is a while).

I also have a 3/2/2 built and ready to go in that community for $178,000. GREAT BUY.
