Moving to Tampa within 2-3 weeks

I need a room, apartment...house...condo... whatever to rent out. Doesnt have to be furnished... I can bring all my stuff, no big deal. I am looking to spend around 400$ utilites included prefered. I have a major job I am starting in May that I am moving for... I recently lost my job here in GA, so I figured id go ahead and move down early and just get something part time in the mean time. Ive submitted 20 or so resumes today to diff. companies with compettitive pay... so rent and all that would not be a problem, I am very serious about the move and am looking foward to it. Any help would be apperciated. Thanks for looking.

you're probalby going to have a hard time finding something like this that isn't in a 'college community'.

if those work for you, try looking at Collegiate Hall, Reflections, or Bridge Walk.

I've got a few things for lease that work would on about double that. So, if you find a roomate, let me know!
