I dont know if I like the "touch screen to answer call" thing

Hmm, a phone by Microsoft... so now my cellphone can crash right along side my computer.

Oh well, it's a good excuse for why I never pick up my phone... "My phone BSoD'd, Sorry."

I disliked the touch screen on a cell phone idea... it's the main reason I went back to a normal phone. As for the mobile stability for my Microsoft touched phone, much more stable than expected. :) I've never seen a BSOD but I did get the "Send Microsoft Report" message once when a 3rd party app crashed.

Also suprised they didn't mention anything about this (http://www.physorg.com/news90256260.html):

NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that it achieved a maximum packet transmission rate of approximately 5Gbps in the downlink using 100MHz frequency bandwidth to a mobile station moving at 10km/h. The field experiment of fourth-generation (4G) radio access took place in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture on December 25, 2006.

Actually, I thought that was really fucking interesting Spelunking. I vote you make a thread on that topic, before I do, and take the claim.

Sorry guys, hate to piss in your koolaid

http://www.engadget.com/2007/02/10/debunk-microsoft-files-for-zune-phone-with-fcc-probably-not/

what passed through the FCC was a pre-approval application document that ran down a list of questions the FCC had for a CE "coalition" consisting of Microsoft, Dell, Google, HP, Intel, Philips, who are apparently in on some device together. (You really think Microsoft's gonna collaborate on the Zune phone? And with that many non-cellphone carrier companies?)
