Engaged Couple looking for prefferably a female Roomate to relieve some expenses. I am a 28 yr old male with a background in the Military and currently employed in an IT position at Bright House Networks, My Fiance is 24 yrs old and a Full time student as well as a private lesson music teacher. We have resided here for over three years and the lease is locked in through to the end of this year.
We are located off of the Memorial Highway in the Town and country region, 10 minutes away from 3 different malls, a long stretch of Hillsborough Ave with virtually every kind of resteraunt and store easily accessible, movie theatre and less than 30 min drive from most locales in Central Hillsborough and Northern Pinellas.
Room is for rent NLT (No later than) 1 April, can be moved up earlier to mid March if need be. Room is 11" x 11.5" with large closet. Comes complete with maximum speed Wi-Fi Internet connection and total premium package cable TV. THIS ROOM IS COMPLETELY UNFURNISHED, YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN BED/FURNITURE!
Apartment is fully furnished, Leather furniture, Exotic Artwork and Decor with custom paint walls for a relaxing and homey refuge. The $400 rent includes the rent itself as well as all utilities. You are more than welcome to use any of the entertainment equipment and facilities. You'll have the primary apartment Bathroom almost exclusively to yourself as the Master Bedroom has it's own.
We don't mind smokers but ask that smoking is kept outside on the back patio. We keep pretty late hours and are pretty flexible to your schedule as well. We like going out on weekends and are quite sociable, we don't put any restrictions on guests. We have 2 Cats and and 2 Parrots so we hope you like pets!
