just curious on everyone elses target weight goals for your height.
im 5'6 130lbs. I want to gain muscle mass. I've been hitting it hard at the gym since 1/1/07. Right now im just taking 100% whey protein. Next week ill start taking creatine. What's a realistic target weight for my size that i should shoot for?

It would depend on your frame and what you look like now. I'd probably want to be AT LEAST 150.

I'm at 6'2" and 210lbs. I'll probably call it quits around 220lbs and start to shred up.

my personal advisor at Life Styles off BBD said its useless to take a protein shake in the morning since it gets used up throughout the day. I thought it was good for the body to take a protein shake in the morning since your body goes hours with out protein? I tend to skip breakfast because of time and just subsitute breakfast with a protein shake.
I work out at nights. And also drink a shake pre and post workouts.

Your adviser is a fucking moron.
Better not eat, you're just gonna burn the calories off throughout the day!

As Vito said, your "advisor" is a moron.
In addition to your shake, you should probably try eating a cup or 2 of oats (oatmeal) and egg whites.
150-160 should be a good target weight for you. Although to get there, you will probably need at least 3500 clean calories a day

I'm 5'6 and am aiming for 160. I'm around 140 right now.
I definitely dont foresee myself doing 3500 calories, though.
edit:
Just starting making weight shakes and protein bars.. aiming for a 4200cal diet..

btw.. slap your trainer for me.
I wouldn't say there is an 'ideal' weight. Just go by how you look and feel and forget about what your exact weight is. You'll never be happy if you are always playing a numbers game with the scale.

I'm 5'5-5'6 - and 138lbs, I'm hoping to get down to 130lbs! But then again, I'm not focusing on the #'s too much, I'm just trying to tone up in certain areas. Makes it so much more fun working out when you're not constantly relating everything to numbers and the fact that you want to loose weight.

+1!!
Even when in HS at 9% BF I was "overweight" for my height. Of course I am quite stocky in my build, so it was expected.
Man I miss those days...
Personally, I am on my path to get to 11-12% BF. I am not to concerned with the scale as a "meter stick".

to help get to my target weight goal, i started taking creatine EE. i have the powder type. is it okay to mix the creatine powder with the whey powder and drink it as one shake? Cause i feel quite full after drinking 10oz water w/ creatine and 8oz whey protein.

^^ sure you feel full.. its b/c the creatine is allowing your body to absorb all that water.

Is it better to mix the creatine in grape juice instead of water?

I always prefer to take creatine with 40g maltodextrin and 10g dextrose. No whey, just creatine, malto and dex. mix with water and drink.

5'5" 156 lbs currently. Aiming to get down to 145 or so (12 lbs. lost so far :D ). I know how I want to look and how strong I want to be so whatever number I end up at is good.

Im 6'3" and 168lbs. Im pretty lean and am trying to add some mass. I would like to get to around 180-185 and stay lean. Right now I just switched from taking whey to a muscle mass builder and creatine. I really am trying to stay lean and keep those abs though!

i work out 5days a week and im trying to finish off my work outs with either abs or cardio. i dont want to do both abs and cardio after workouts because i fell tired and will be spending too much time in the gym.
what do you think is a better ending workout?
3 cardio & 2 abs
or
2 abs & 3 cardio
for a 5 day work week?
