if I were you I wouldn't say "I can pay $300 a month probably"

not the most appealing thing to say right up front

i just need a room thats clean and i am able to take a shower. In clearwater though. I was just est. that amount i could pay. It would only be like 5 days a week and 6 days a week one week a month. Doesn't have to include food or anything just a room to rent out to me and perferably in a nice area or gated. I don't care how small the room is. Just seeing if anyone was intrested. Iam a neat freak and keep my area clean. So its not like am a slob or anything. And iam consistant.

Your spelling and your grammar both fail to be "consistent". And why do you want to have a room for one week a month? Where do you live the rest of the month? It seems to me if someone had a room to rent, and in a gated community no less, they'd want someone to pay half the rent and sign to be there the entire month. And nobody would include food in that price of $300, unless you're a cat.

Why not you go ahead and forward your wants to craigslist.com, you might have better luck...or try clarifying some of the things you have written by running them through a spell and grammar check before you post to make a better impression. Good luck.

Wow, do we have housing and roommate thread grammar-spelling police now? When I read it he said 5 days a WEEK and 6 days a week ONCE A MONTH meaning he will be there all month but he is away on weekends or 2 days during the week, and once a month he is there 6 instead of 5.

I currently charge my roommate that's only here late at night and gone on weekends 400 a month and he eats free so I wouldn't go as far as to say no one will include food unless your a cat. He also gets free use of all amenities like pool, boat, etc If I didn't have a roommate already i would tell this guy he could stay here except I'm not in clear water.

The fella was just basically looking for a sleeping room type thing for low cost is what I am gathering. There are some people out there that would rather have 300 a month in there pocket, then nothing for an empty room that collects dust. Next I would not want anyone to sign a lease for use of a room. That just gives them all the more advantage to do what they want in your house and you can't say or do shit about it. Once they sign, there golden.

Good luck man, and spell how ya want, it's TF, it isn't as if your writing a piece for the New York Times.
