finally some pics of the house, mostly todays projects

Today we added our new fireplace mantel, which we made from raw wood, added all the flutes and all.. then our little area under the bar top.when we bought the place it was like a little passthrough that was the same height as the rest of the kitchen, it was a complete waste, so we built it up and made it a little bar top. were also re-doing out spare bathroom vanity now, Its not installed yet but i included a picture of the cabinet, counter has not been made yet (mica).. best of all of this... I only had to buy a gallon of white paint :):):) also will include some of the kitchen eventhough its nothing special either. i redid it when we moved in.. also the master bedroom lol

its a 2 bed, 2.5 bath 1100 sqft townhouse in carollwood village. were both young, its our starter house and really just plan to sell it, hopefully the market will pick up lol..

others are to show before and afters, unfortunatly i dont have all of the BEFORE, like right as we moved in, there on my parents camera. but it was a beater pretty much lol.. all white walls, wierd ass colors under white paint and they didnt prime so it was pretty much the worst paint job ever

Pretty nice. I wanted to get into a twonhome but those fees they ask for are outrageous.

our fees arent to bad compared to most, 138 a month.. but I still feel there not worth it, and i can do the work for less.. Our yard is very small, i doubt it takes more then 20 mins to mow with a regular mower. the outside only needs painted every couple years, so a hundred or 2 every few years ect.. but Its nice to have ALL of the buildings, All of the yards ect look the same. you can do your own plant work outfront as long as it complys with there list of stuff, and the back is pretty open for doing what you want.. Its VERY quiet, we will have partys with music and drunk girls being very loud and the neighbores say they dont hear anything. which i LOVE. the lay out and size is good for 2 people, easily a kid could come in and fit fine as well. Carrolwood village as a whole, I LOVE. Well take the dog for a walk around the neighborehood and everything is done nice and clean. the sidewalks are extra big so your not trying to squeze around, tons of trees cover the sidewalks and stuff. but anyways thanks lol
