Admins, I'm only doing this outta sheer desperation. Feel free to take down/scold me. We've had a thread in For Sale forums I think for over a month now to no avail.
We have an 11 X 11 room for rent, with a large window and closet, unfurnished. The apartment has wireless internet and a sick amount of channels including HBO and all movie channels, and Caller ID on the tv. The room has tv cable hookup.
With your rent rate at $400 a month, that *INCLUDES* the price of your utilities and cable, etc. You also have primary access to your own full bath, with a full sized tub and shower. You also have access to the common area and kitchen. We are located in the Town 'n' Country area one light away from Veteran's, I-275, Courtney Campbell Causeway, and Hillsborough Ave. We can get to New Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, and Ybor City anywhere between 15-35 minutes.
If you are a smoker we have a full patio on ground level with chairs and ashtray table. We ask kindly that you please smoke outside as we have two cats and two birds. Small dogs and cats (and other small pets) are welcome.
An ideal roommate would be female, and willing to sign on the lease and go through a credit check. If you have lousy credit or something, and just tell us we will ask you put down a deposit immediately to hold your spot. It would be an awesome world if we could trust everyone we meet, but that's not the case so that's why the deposit or credit check must be fulfilled. Move-In would be April 1st, but can be earlier.
As the date nears, we will look into the possibility of male roommates, but they must undergo a credit check and sign onto the lease. Like I said, females prefered.
Once again, I apoligize for posting in the main forum- like I've said we had someone flake out on us (Off of TF) and now we're screwed. Something else that doesn't help *cue small sad violin* I've been sick all month and barely able to work one of my jobs (I have two and I'm in school full time) and because of that, I'm broke from medical bills/prescriptions, co-pays and more. So with me struggling, and losing our current roommate, we could definately use some help. If anyone knows of ANYONE that is looking for the above, and they are responsible and stable, please PLEASE forward this their way. Contact me, or the ever-loveable Panzerbane for more details/thoughts/comments/funny smells.
