First off, you better like dogs. I've got two big ones and they'll sit on you for attention. The house is a 3/2 with a nice yard, in a quiet little neighborhood in Bartow. The house is basically a bachelor pad since my woman moved out.
Looking to get 400-500/mo and buy your own food/booze. If you're feeling generous, and would like to pay for some of the utilities, that would be a plus. Male or female, I don't really care. I'd prefer a non-smoker, but if you must, do that business on the back patio.
