My Townhouse will hit the MLS system tomorrow. It is a 3/2.5 Westfield Homes Townhouse, also has a built in computer station . It is located in Panther Trace right off of S 301 between Big Bend and Symmes Rd. across from the South Pointe community. I will post pics soon. Asking $167,000 1360 sq ft. I have been the only owner, the home is a litte over a year old.
