I need a subleaser for May, June, and July. In Gainesville. its across the street from Santa Fe Community College. Its a bedroom with own bathroom. 3 other roommates. very clean. Normal Lease rate is 470, and im only asking 350$. that is all utilities included. its like 2 minutes from I-75, 10 minutes from UF and EVERYTHING in Gainesville. I will give you a 19" color T.V. as well. well i dont want to ship it. im moving across country and i could really use a subleaser. Males Only. Roommates are awesome. u cant find it anywhere cheaper. and if you really want ill give you an xbox (original) as well). im desperate to get a subleaser guys. come on help me out.
