1 bedroom in valrico for rent

Im not super eager to rent out a room to someone i dont already know, but it could be a good thing i suppose.
Its a 1360 sq ft house, i am renting out a single room. It is 12x11 i believe, and has a decent size closet. Walk in. The house is fully furnished and I have fairly nice things and more than anything want a roomie who is respectfull. Not looking for a quiet stay in the room person, cause i like to hang out and im not super quiet. anyway rent would be 350 plus bills. Bills are not expensive here though so its not a huge deal.

dont have any pics, the house looks practiclly new. Its not old and run down by anymeans. I have a kitty.. shes an in out kitty and acts like a dog but im not sure if she would be friends with one.. what kinda dog?
