My current roomate is getting the boot most likely and i would be damn lonely in this house. I am the owner of the house and would be renting out the largest room (estimated 12'x16')which was a garage convert. It was fully converted to marble tile , dropped ceiling with tube lighting. Also has Central air.

The only "downside" is that the water heater is in the room which is really just a aesthetics issue. It has a insulation sleeve on it so its not really an bother. Anyway Plenty of parking, giant backyard (for being almost downtown clearwater). I also have a very large pool. I dont want any druggies. I am a non smoker. If you want to smoke cigs thats to be done outside. I am not a neat freak but i dont tolerate slobs either.

About me: I am 23, work for Wachovia. I'm one of the most chill people you will ever get to meet. I'm german so i drink a lot of beer. I'm a gamer and not very loud of a person. I'm a gun enthusiast so if youre a liberal move a long. Would prefer someone who also owns guns so i have a shooting buddy.

Location: A Nice, quiet neighborhood by Highland and Gulf to bay. Less than 10 mins from Clearwater beach, Clearwater mall or just about anything else in clearwater hehe.

Price: 350 a month plus utilities. Old roomie paid (well didnt pay) 450-500 max with all bills included. Thats will the ultimate cable package which includes everything brighthouse has to offer. High speed internet. You have to provide your own landline as i only use my cellphone. Also i have a 62" HDTV in the living room which i wouldnt mind being put to use as long as its not all day gaming sessions with a buncha friends.

My biggest issue with getting a new roomate is financial consistency. Something the previous roomie didnt quite grasp and now hes moving out because of that.
