For potential buyers:

HOA?
CDD?

any link to a builder's floor plan?
Room dimensions?

sorry, lots of questions I know. I try to keep an eye open for my buyers.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me.
The subdivision has HOA to maintain the rec center, landscaping, etc, etc, and the one i like the most, they maintain your landscaping too  .
if there is anyone interested, we can definately go over all those questions.
Thanks

what are you trying to get/month for a lease? Still seems a little high... most properties like this are at around $140/sq. ft - list and are selling around $135/sq.ft

I know the market is bad right now but you know how it is asking price is just that selling price is another. Everything is negotiable. For the lease, we need to be at around 1600. But again, everything is negotiable.

Just an FYI.

I have a house just down the road from you that is 1650sqft and it is only getting around $1450/month. Thus your lease number may be high also at $1600.

Good luck though. Nice house.

I am going to be a single mother with 2 young daughters. My husband is divorcing me and I need to find a home in the Denham Oaks district. This seems like a perfect match. I am looking to lease with the option to buy. Currently I am on the mortgage to the home we own together. It will be a process until the divorce is final. I am looking to move as soon as possible. I need to keep my rent around $1100. a month.
Please advise if this is an option?

Thank you very much. Have a blessed day!
